Leonardo Learning is an entirely new model for education, leveraging new technologies and pedagogy to meet the needs of generationally expanding learning methods.

Our goal is to make learning effective, joyful and inspiring, ensuring that every student embarks on a fulfilling educational journey that paves the way for their future success.

We are committed to sparking a lifelong passion for reading in early learners.

Platform

Leonardo combines a teacher's knowledge and expertise with a parent's understanding and compassion.

Leonardo creates hyper-personalized learning experiences for each student using artificial intelligence and multi-modal signals to analyze each student’s performance through voice, touch, and vision.

Performance data is combined with our non-linear curriculum and the students’ interests to generate unique content in real time.

Leonardo understands every student down to the word and phoneme level, creating a learning methodology far beyond the level of traditional age and grade-based curriculum.

Leonardo identifies individual learning styles, needs, and differences in every session, instantly modifying the approach for each student.

Leonardo embodies the academic knowledge of a teacher and the personal attention of a parent.

Founder Statement

The way we learn is outdated.

We have been teaching children in the same way since the dawn of the Industrial Age based on the assembly line, where components such as carburetors traveled down a conveyor belt, stopping at each station to garner additional parts.

Likewise, people reasoned, placing children on a metaphorical conveyor belt and stopping at each station based on their age would help us realize the same efficiencies in education.

The problem is that kids are not carburetors.

They are not uniform components that are exactly the same in every facet, all ready at the same time without variation. Children are unique by design and are highly affected by their environment, especially in their early years.

Depending on our environment, we all arrive at school in a different state of readiness. Some children are behind the curve and others are ahead. Some might lag behind in specific areas while excelling in others. Any system based on this industrial-era approach cannot accommodate the realities of our innate human uniqueness.

In today’s world, we have a much better understanding of how and when children develop. We understand the importance of the years before school begins and how a lack of readiness on their first day can impact the rest of a child’s life.

We know that some children excel in different areas at different times, and we understand that they learn with different styles. But our teaching system has never strayed far from that early industrial model, which is built on treating all children identically based on age and stage.

Leonardo is unique because, for the first time, we approach learning with a modern understanding how we learn while respecting the fact that each human learns in their own unique way at their own unique time. By utilizing the latest technology and groundbreaking non-linear pedagogy, Leonardo interacts with each child at their level, providing just-in-time learning.

Leonardo opens up new possibilities for children to move forward with the greatest efficiencies possible. Leonardo avoids frustrations for children who are not yet ready for more advanced concepts nor does it waste time mindlessly drilling concepts they have already mastered.

Because Leonardo is situationally aware and capable of generating personalized content, it represents an entirely new way to engage, entertain, and teach.
